Rosadele T. Kauffman

Of Counsel
State College, Pennsylvania

Rose Kauffman’s legal practice focuses on family law, estate planning, and estate administration. Rose emphasizes collaborative negotiation and non-court resolution techniques in her practice. She attends frequent intensive training in non-court alternative dispute resolution techniques. She believes most clients are best served both emotionally and financially by resolving family law issues out of court. Unfortunately, some situations cannot be resolved amicably. In the event litigation is necessary, Stephanie VanHorn and Rose will fight zealously to protect our client’s interest throughout the process.

Rose has been named by the National Association of Estate Planners and Councils as an Accredited Estate Planner (AEP). This designation recognizes estate planning professionals who meet stringent requirements of experience, knowledge, education, professional reputation and character. An AEP designee embraces a team concept of estate planning and an annual continuing education process.
